Candidate will lead a team test team in the evaluation of COTS products for a dynamic access control solution, building of a regression test repository, and conducting testing prior to deployment. Candidate may also provide Operations and Maintenance support after delivery, including system hardening and IAVA support. Must have at least one of the following certifications: GSLC, CISM, CISSP. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in systems engineering or software engineering with some emphasis on testing. Must have a mininum of 5 years experience in installation and configuration of COTS products, working with COTS vendors, COTS integration, and testing, including writing test plans, executing tests, analyzing results, and writing test reports. Must have experience with test tools such as Parasoft Service-Oriented Architecture Test, Parasoft Loadtest, Wireshark, TCPMon, SoapUI, NMAP, HP Quality Center. Must have some familiarity with privilege management, Attribute Based Access Control, and Public Key Infrastructure. Experience with Web Service and IdAM standards, including SOAP, Web Services Security, SAML, and XACML is a plus. Prior experience on a DISA or DoD program, and/or with the DoD PKI is a plus. Experience with directory services, including LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory is a plus. Experience with Sharepoint, GNISE, Federated Chat, or ActivIdentity CoreStreet Tactical Attribute Repository Responder is a plus.
Candidate must have Secret clearance to start and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance within 12 months.

Duties and Tasks Develops and conducts functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems
Assists with the design, development and implementation of cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and systems
Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment including models and simulations
Isolates and documents issues and defects
Supports the generation of technical engineering products by using the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle
Researches and analyzes data, such as customer design proposals, specifications and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application
Provide leadership and/or direction to lower level employees
Exercises latitude in technical objectives of assignments
Leads technical tasks for small teams or projects
Begins to provide engineering support to proposals
Exercises latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments
Guides the successful completion of major programs and projects
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or the equivalent experience is required. In addition, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.
Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance, and U.S. Citizenship is required.
Applicant must be able to pass an extended background investigation (EBI) for this position.
