Candidate will work in a team environment and will participate in the development of reference implementations to provide dynamic access control for several different applications. Candidate may also provide Operations and Maintenance support after delivery, including system hardening and IAVA support. Must have at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CAP, GSLC, CISM. Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in COTS integration, Java, HTML, web development, and system architectures such as web services, SOA, client-server. Experience with privilege management products, IdAM standards, SAML, authoring XACML policy, WS-standards, SCAP data standards, digital policy management is a plus. Experience with JBoss Picketlink/IdAM, Apache Imperious, SUN IdAM, BitKOO, Epok, Jericho, Layer7 Gateway, IBM Datapower, Vordel, Intel, Cisco entitlements product, Oracle IdAM, IBM IdAM, Tehnica GOSAC-N is a plus.
Prior experience on a DISA or DoD program, and/or with the DoD Public Key Infrastructure, is a plus. Prior experience with Federated Chat, GNISE, or integrating with Sharepoint is a plus.

Duties and Tasks
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
Performs analysis for all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of technical engineering products
Provide leadership and/or direction to lower level employees.
Leads technical tasks for small teams or projects
Begins to provide engineering support to proposals
Exercises latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments
Guides the successful completion of major programs and projects
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, a related technical field or the equivalent experience is required. In addition, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.
Applicant must be capable of obtaining a U.S. security clearance.
