Serve as the GDC4S Network Integration and Evaluation (NIE) Site Manager, located at El Paso TX reporting to the vice president, Army Agile Acquisition and Network Integration Evaluation. Supports GDC4S management units in the attainment of their campaign plan objectives and strategic initiatives, synchronization of NIE priorities, new business opportunities, for all systems under test and evaluation activities executed at Ft Bliss and the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). Individual will assist in technical assessments leading to the early identification of business opportunities that can be addressed by GDC4S during the Army’s Agile Acquisition and Network Integration Evaluation processes. Assist in promoting strong customer relations and further opportunities related to on-going contract/program support. Individual will develop and maintain a continuous customer level interface, contact and liaison at Ft Bliss, TX and various TRADOC and FORSCOM locations as necessary.

Individual will provide GDC4S elements access and relevant information on the Army’s Agile Acquisition and Network Integration Evaluation events occurring at Ft Bliss and White Sands Missile Range and associated activities with a focus on C4ISR systems integration, technical integration and experimentation. Identify and translate requirements and capability gaps into early C4ISR business opportunities for the NIE and Agile Acquisition processes. In particular, achieve GDC4S Campaign Plans and Strategic Initiatives to protect existing programs and products as well as expand new business opportunities through identification of emerging requirements.

Duties and Tasks
• Site coordinator for assisting and providing situational awareness to all GDC4S management units supporting Army customer NIE events, Systems Under Evaluation (SUE) and Systems Under Test (SUT) at Fort Bliss and White Sands Missile Range (WSMR).
• Use technical skills and abilities to provide an integrated view of how C4S systems, technologies and solutions can comprehensively address customer requirements based on Systems Under Evaluation (SUEs) and Systems Under Test (SUTs) feedback.
• Support a customer key leader, staff and decision maker engagement plan at Fort Bliss as part of strategic communications plan defining GDC4S current capabilities and support to Army requirements.
• Continuously track and monitor operational user requirements, technology gaps and routinely make customers aware of GDC4S systems, products and programs, educating users and obtaining feedback on existing systems and requirements associated with GDC4S SUE and SUT participation.
• Clearly identify the Army’s capability gaps that surface as a result of SUE and SUT events at Fort Bliss and WSMR, and make sound recommendations to the users and back to GDC4S management units on how the company can best fill those gaps with current solutions or developmental programs within the company.
• Support internal business development, marketing, program capture and execution, proposals and sales functions for all Army programs as required.
- Leverage emerging relationships in select Components to expose GDC4S total capabilities.
- Increase emphasis on Components for specific, tailored system and capability sales.
- Demonstrate EDGE utility in accelerating capability and fielding
-Serve as Edge Innovation POC for Fort Bliss Texas and NIE Activities
- Participate in local activities and events to project GD C4S presence
• Arranges, directs and participates in planning activities for GDC4S customer meetings with Army key decision makers, acquisition corps, TRADOC ARCIC, Brigade Modernization Command, Systems of Systems Integration Office, and testing units and staffs and or customer visits to GDC4S facilities, and sponsorship activities in Ft Bliss community to project GD C4S presence.
• identify early business opportunities to promote GD C4S capabilities, systems and products for all management units.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; Technical degree or equivalent experience is required.

Master's degree (MBA or technical field) is preferred.

10+ years sales experience in technical and/or government based business or relevant DoD experience is required.

May require ability to obtain Security Clearance

Must be able to travel 20% of the time.

Applicant must be capable of obtaining a U.S. security clearance.

Applicant must be a US Citizen.
