The General Dynamics C4 System's Federal Systems and Cyber Solutions (FSCS) group seeks professionals to work closely with our customer to specify, implement, integrate, and deploy a secure system architecture and security concepts and strategies for the DHS TIP Program. All offers are contingent on the acceptance of the candidate by the Customer.
The experienced individuals we seek will perform activities such as: - Develop, direct, implement, and deploy a security architecture - Provide security expertise in an IPT environment - Provide the engineering view of the user’s vision for what the security architecture needs to be and do - Ensuring that all analysis, designs, system specifications, technical solutions, and technical documentation complies with the contract and supports the security Goals and Objectives and the security requirements
Candidates should have experience with the following: - System Level Certification and Accreditation - Cross Domain solutions and products - Security architectures and design processes - Defense in Depth/Breadth - Identification, authentication, and authorization -system engineering processes such as requirements analysis, requirements management, and use case and scenario generation, and configuration management
Experience in some of the following would be beneficial: - Risk Management - Intrusion detection and incident reporting/handling - Contingency Planning - Network operational experience - Generation of C&A Documentation
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, a related field, or the equivalent experience is required. Advanced degree preferred. In addition, a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required, 20 years of relevant experience preferred.
Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance, and U.S. Citizenship is required.
Applicant must be able to pass an extended background investigation (EBI) for this position.
Education and Experience BSCS, BSCE, BSEE, BSSoftE +15 years of demonstrated results or equivalent experience.
Experience in IT engineering, system security architecture, and network operations with at least 10 years experience in security related development is desired. Experience in information assurance and system level certification and accreditation, nework design, network managment and the intelligence community is preferred. Applicant with a CISSP. ISSEP and/or ISSAP is desired.
