Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support processes in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customer Attend training sessions and workshops for this position Participate in team projects and enhance the quality of efficiency of Customer Care Center services Assist in special project-related issues as needed Develop business and technical trouble-shooting skills
