General Dynamics C4 Systems, based in Taunton, Massachusetts, offers mission-critical computing solutions for defense, government and commercial customers worldwide.

We provide and fully support total IT solutions. Customers can fulfill all of their computing and network needs with General Dynamics’ full line of tactical and mobile-rugged computing products, embedded network-centric computing systems, mobile servers and secure thin clients. Using General Dynamics’ technical services, customers can build and implement total solutions that meet their exact needs. These offerings include systems integration; wireless network design and integration; and worldwide end-to-end life cycle support.

Our customers include all branches of the U.S. military; public-safety organizations; and commercial field services in the insurance, communication, utilities, transportation and telecommunications industries worldwide.

Identify and qualify end user opportunities where Tadpole Products value proposition is well differentiated. Must be able to close business and be able to integrate multiple product solutions and configurations within the mobile product space. Work with partners (VARs/SIs) to develop relationships that will generate incremental business for the Tadpole Business Division. • Utilize a consultative sales model to best position and differentiate Tadpole products to the end user. • Utilize a strategic sales approach in large account opportunities to identify key players and issues with direct sales tactics to effectively close the business. • Selectively sign up and work with partners that best fit the objectives of the team. • Team with other General Dynamic Divisions to create demand in the market for Tadpole Products. • Close business with end users utilizing revenue objectives set by Tadpole SVP and Team Leader. • Maintain strong end user relationships by becoming the trusted adviser to ensure the best value product content to the customer. • Provide feedback to product marketing on product and industry needs. • Provide feedback and reports to management as required on activity, opportunities, sales issues and forecasting

Required: Minimum of 3 years experience in sales primarily selling technology solutions to end user clients. Experience developing and selling through Systems Integrators and Partners. An understanding of commercial market and fast paced sales processes. Preferred: Experience selling Enterprise hardware and Mobile Computing solutions a strong plus. Preferable experience selling and delivering a complete solution that is taylor made to customer specifications. Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills required. Applicant must be a US Citizen.

Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
